Pay is based on experience.ResponsibilitiesPerform custodial and housekeeping tasks to assure that the residence reflects a high quality of care and appearance.Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as the suites, common areas, lounges and offices.Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pick-up area.Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary.Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator.Report to Administrator for needed repairs, replenishing of supplies and equipment needed.SkillsAbility to pass a background check and eligibility for employment.Ability to physically meet the demands as needed.Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals that are non-allergenic for our Residents.Thorough knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment as well as their use in cleaning and sanitizing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
