Diversified Support Services is looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from attracting and screening candidates to interviewing, onboarding, and completing new hire paperwork. If you're a creative, people-focused recruiter who communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies
- Write and post job ads, and source candidates through databases, social media, and career events
- Screen resumes, conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews, and present shortlists of qualified candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and prepare compliant new hire paperwork
- Keep complete, accurate records of interviews and new hires
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and social media recruiting
Schedule & Pay
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay: $20.00 DOE
