We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDC Operational Reporting:DSR – Daily Status ReportStat Files (Hours and Throughput)Total Scorecard ReportProductivity ReportingUnits, $$, UPH and CPH Reporting – Update Daily by Request of DC ManagementTemp Trackers – Verify Temp Hours for Daily ReportsLabor Management Reporting and Data Integrity:Responsible for reviewing, validating, scrubbing, and correcting Labor Management metrics and reportsRun control/validation reports and address any abnormalities, ensuring the integrity of the reporting, input, and outputs, and resend transactions as necessary using WMSWork directly with the DC managers and supervisors to make any necessary adjustments and review teammate performance inquiriesEntering data, implementing processes to maintain accurate data, troubleshooting issues, and distributing dailyComplete clerical duties including the entry of manual time tracking documents such as scorecards and team sheetsPartner with supervisors and managers in training associates to complete manual time sheets (scorecards) in the most accurate wayMaintain accurate reporting files and recordsCreate shift events to meet scheduled building requirements (townhalls, fire drills, luncheons, etc.)Maintains new hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations in labor management systemAdhoc Analysis / Request:Upon request, analysis using MS Excel to complete Adhoc analysisCompile reports as requested by Senior ManagementProvide Adhoc custom PAR historical data cube reporting for senior management or building leadership to meet requested reporting needsKnowledge of Warehouse Management System used to troubleshoot while performing data validation tasksQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years of experience, including specialized training in Microsoft AccessMicrosoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointWorkday and/or other Time & Attendance softwareWarehouse Management System (WMS)BOREAS/PMMSLabor Management System (LMS)Virtual RequirementsAt DICK'S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
