Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate with 3-7+ years of experience for its construction transactions group in Houston, TX. The role involves drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts for large-scale energy, mining, and infrastructure projects worldwide, with project values ranging from $500 million to over $20 billion. Duties Draft and negotiate construction-related contracts. Work on large-scale energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Requirements 3-7+ years of experience in construction law. Superior academic credentials. Prior engineering experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Ability to manage complex projects.
