Server Assistant Job Overview This role provides table service to taproom guests, delivering orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. As a Tableside Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand, engage guests, and deliver outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Maintain clean taproom by clearing empty glasses, plates, silverware, and other items from tables to ensure efficient turnover. Visually inspect all food leaving the expo, ensuring proper plating, sauce application, and presentation; return any incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen for correction. Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests. Maintain appropriate inventory/product levels for the bar, changing kegs when required. Assist with tasks such as cleaning the dining area, restocking server stations, and rolling silverware. Assist guests and servers/bartenders with other hospitality functions as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties). Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred. Positive attitude with sense of urgency. Ability to multitask. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Contribution to overall taproom and kitchen cleanliness. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food up to 25 pounds. Ability to lift, move, and carry kegs up to 60 pounds. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
