HR Operations Coordinator

Position Summary The HR Onboarding Coordinator leads all workforce mobilization and onboarding activities for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers supporting data center construction operations. This role ensures a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience while maintaining site access and workforce readiness requirements. Position Details: Hourly position based upon experience & skill level Contract with possible contract extension or hire Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm (Saturdays when needed) Location: Customer Site - Holly Ridge, LA 71269 Key Responsibilities Workforce Mobilization Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires and contractors. Coordinate workforce ramp-up activities during project phases. Track onboarding schedules and hiring forecasts. Pre-Employment Processes Oversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and employment documentation. Ensure completion of all required onboarding paperwork. Verify certifications, licenses, and training credentials. Site Access & Credentialing Coordinate site badging and access requirements. Manage workforce credentialing processes. Ensure compliance with security protocols and site-specific requirements. Orientation & Training Facilitate new hire orientation programs. Coordinate safety training and compliance certifications. Partner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness. Compliance & Audit Management Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation. Prepare onboarding audit reports. Monitor onboarding KPIs including completion rates and time-to-productivity. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors Degree in Administrative or Human Resource major preferred 5-7 Years HR and Onboarding experience in a construction or manufacturing industry Self starter with a drive for continual learning Drive to take initiative HR Certifications preferred This job description is designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee; it is not meant to be all-inclusive for any one position.
