About the Position

Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: Critical Need Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 AM to 07:45 PM) Experience: Minimum of 200 studies within the last two years and 15 CEUs in breast imaging in the last 3 years. License: CA Mammography License Certifications: ARRT (M) Must-Have: Screening and diagnostic experience; stereotactic and needle localization experience is a plus. Description: We are seeking a Mammography Technologist for a critical need position. The ideal candidate will have conducted a minimum of 200 studies within the last two years. Continuing education requirements include 15 CEUs in breast imaging within the last 3 years. Candidates must provide proof of completion of a formal education program. A valid CA Mammography License is required for this position. ARRT (M) certification is mandatory. Experience in screening and diagnostic procedures is preferred. Experience with stereotactic and needle localization is considered an advantage. This role involves floating to various facilities within the San Diego area.
