Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Denver, CO | In-Office

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary

Schedule: Full-time | Approximately 50–55 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends for events and activations

Role Summary:

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing across a growing restaurant group with multiple concepts.

This is an execution-focused role with meaningful ownership , working closely with senior brand leadership across campaigns, guest communications, events, social media, content, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to own projects from concept through completion, make thoughtful day-to-day decisions, and bring ideas forward within an established strategic framework.

The organization has a strong foundation of marketing tools, agency relationships, and systems already in place. This role offers the opportunity to bring greater consistency, organization, and momentum to those resources while helping shape how the marketing function evolves.

What you bring to the table:

• Ability to own marketing campaigns and activations from initial brief through launch and execution
• Experience managing marketing calendars across multiple brands, concepts, or business lines
• Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, social media, digital platforms, and guest engagement initiatives
• Experience developing and executing promotions, launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events
• Ability to translate broader brand strategy into clear, actionable plans and keep internal teams aligned
• Strong organizational instincts with a natural ability to create structure and consistency within fast-moving environments
• Experience managing social calendars and coordinating photography, video, and other creative content
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across websites, search platforms, reservation channels, and other guest-facing touchpoints
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without losing attention to detail
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, photographers, PR partners, and other marketing vendors
• Ability to manage timelines, content production, digital assets, and day-to-day agency relationships
• Comfortable reviewing campaign performance and bringing insights and observations back into broader marketing strategy
• Familiarity with CRM, POS, website, email, and project management platforms; experience with hospitality-specific technology is a plus
• Basic design capabilities using Canva or similar platforms are preferred

Required Work Experience:

• 4–7 years of marketing experience within hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, consumer brands, or a related environment
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels simultaneously
• Proven ability to independently own projects and drive them from concept through execution
• Experience with CRM/email marketing, social media, digital marketing, and event promotion
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, creative partners, and vendors

Preferred Work Experience:

• Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience
• Experience managing marketing across multiple concepts or brands
• Hands-on experience with CRM, POS, website, email marketing, or restaurant technology platforms
• Experience with guest loyalty and retention programs
• Experience supporting chef-driven events, culinary experiences, brand collaborations, or other hospitality activations
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
