Bob Weaver Auto is hiring a Service Advisor to help customers through the vehicle service process from start to finish. We are a busy, family-owned dealership with a strong reputation in Schuylkill County and a growing service department.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Communicates well with people
- Stays organized in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers
- Can confidently recommend needed maintenance and repairs
- Wants a long-term career opportunity
Automotive experience is helpful, but strong customer service or sales experience can also translate well.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and check vehicles in for service
- Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Prepare estimates and finalize repair orders
- Help create a positive customer experience
