As a Rework Laborer, you will be supporting daily workflows, handling materials, and ensuring smooth and safe operations. You'll work closely with your team to contribute to a productive and positive work environment. What You'll Do As a Rework Laborer, you will be responsible for: Safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets to support production flow. Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the facility. Supporting general warehouse and production activities to maintain seamless operations. Assisting with rework and inventory tasks as needed. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least 6 months of experience in production or warehouse settings. Forklift operation experience is required you must be comfortable operating forklifts safely. The ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
