Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants during patient treatment sessions Set up and clean treatment areas and therapy equipment before and after sessions Guide patients through basic exercises as directed by clinical staff Observe patients during exercises and report questions or concerns to the therapist Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment Restock supplies and prepare equipment for daily use Support patient flow by helping patients move between treatment areas Assist with general clinic tasks such as laundry and equipment organization Assist front desk team as needed with greeting and checking in patients, taking copays, etc. Follow clinic policies, safety guidelines, and HIPAA standards Work collaboratively with therapists and front desk staff to create a positive patient experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30–50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while setting up equipment and assisting with tasks Benefits Include 401(k) with employer match after two months Paid time off accrual Paid Volunteer Day Free group fitness class access Employee discounts on services EEO Statement Experience Momentum participates in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment authorization of all newly hired employees.
