RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of The Bronx, New York. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to our team of registered nurses. RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to registered nurses, ensuring excellent clinical practice and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and respect

RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Requirements:
RN degree or equivalent
Current New York State RN licensure
Prior experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in patient care and leadership
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
