The resort offers both timeshare and rental options, with extended-stay units featuring kitchens to support single or multiple travelers. Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a part-time, on-site role based in Wolfeboro, NH, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and checking guests in and out, managing reservations and inquiries, and handling phone calls and emails with courteous and efficient communication. The role involves answering questions about resort amenities, local attractions, and policies, as well as processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records. The Front Desk Representative will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support smooth operations and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns. This position requires consistent adherence to hospitality standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures. Ability to manage reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks with accuracy. Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or property management systems. Reliable time management skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
