Event Show Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Pay: Base Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Job Type: Part-Time with Full-Time Opportunity
Schedule: Weekends Required | Flexible Hours
Work Location: Walmart Locations & Local Events
We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our Events Team as Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators . If you enjoy talking with people, working in a fun environment, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Represent our company at Walmart stores, home shows, and community events.
- Engage with customers and create a positive first impression.
- Educate homeowners about our bathroom remodeling products.
- Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth.
- Meet daily lead generation goals.
Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales, retail, or event marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation to assigned Walmart locations and events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends.
