What does our Internship Program offer? Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key. Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice. Enterprise Marketing encompasses the ability and passion to bring the KeyBank brand to life while supporting and enhancing Key’s business goals across the various lines of business. We work to maintain a strong, consistent brand and develop marketing campaigns that are better connected to business goals. Included in Enterprise Marketing is our overall brand creation, development and effectiveness, sponsorships and activation, creative development, legal/compliance approvals and marketing analytics. About the Internship We are seeking a talented and motivated creative who can bring compelling storytelling concepts to life through exceptional visual design and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses excellent project and time management abilities, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to develop high-quality digital assets, including banner advertisements, online videos, social media content, and other multimedia marketing materials. Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Consistently delivers projects on time and to the highest standards. Builds trusted relationships and serves as a consultative partner to colleagues and stakeholders. Effectively manages multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Samples of video work or a portfolio demonstrating relevant creative experience Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in motion graphics, or related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2028 · focused coursework motion graphics and graphic design · Strong understanding of the principles of visual and graphic design · Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA) · Project and time management skills with attention to detail. · Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities · Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus · Adept at motion graphic design, design conventions and post-production process · Must have strong aesthetic skills, creative problem-solving and interpreting brand guidelines · Familiarity working with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro · Ability to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment and juggle multiple priorities while still meeting pre-established deadlines KeyBank’s Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility. This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $23 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000.00 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
