Job Summary A Recruitment Coordinator job in Greensboro, NC is currently accepting applications. This is an onsite contract opportunity with our client. In this role, you will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing recruitment documentation, facilitating pre-employment activities, and supporting new hire onboarding. To be considered for this role, you should have at least two years of recruitment coordination or recruiting administration experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Recruitment Coordinator Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the full-cycle recruitment process. Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and support recruiting activities. Open approved requisitions within the applicant tracking system and update job postings as needed. Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements when required. Facilitate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements with candidates and third-party vendors. Prepare and coordinate employment offers and distribute new hire paperwork upon approval. Assist new employees with first-day orientation and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure candidate information is up to date within the applicant tracking system. Generate ad hoc recruiting reports and provide administrative support to the recruiting team as requested. Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Coordinator Job Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 2+ years of recruitment coordination, recruiting administration, HR support, or talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multiple requisitions simultaneously is preferred. Working knowledge of recruitment processes and employment best practices. Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring practices. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience using SuccessFactors or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
