What You'll Be Doing Support business strategy, planning initiatives, and operational priorities. Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities. Develop executive presentations, reports, and communication materials. Manage cross-functional projects, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with leadership to identify challenges and improve processes. Translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in strategy, marketing, communications, operations, or consulting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar reporting experience is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
