Responsibilities Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests\' drinks and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept. Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system. Handle money, process card payments, and make changes while adhering to the company\'s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant\'s menu; make recommendations to guests, including considerations for potential food allergens. Contribute to creating first-class experiences for the traveling public, whether working with a national brand or a local iconic concept. Qualifications Experience in food & beverage leadership or team leadership roles (as applicable). Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high safety and health standards.
