Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Lead RF Test Technician whose primary duties will include quality control and tuning/testing of RF telecommunication equipment using various testing equipment and resources. Will provide leadership and oversee the RF Test Technicians.

This position is full time – 5/8 schedule (6:15AM-2:45PM) - In Person Only – Overtime available

• Monitor and direct work according to assigned duties to RF Test Technicians in order to achieve company policies and quality standards.
• Lead, train and perform testing and inspection, tuning and troubleshooting of RF, analog and digital circuit boards, and products to ensure company, industry and customer specifications are met in an efficient manner.
• Perform setup an operation of electrical, electronic and RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, hi-pot and ground bond, oscilloscopes and digital probes in an efficient manner.
• Conduct visual and mechanical testing as well as perform inspections to ensure adherence to approved company, industry and quality standards are met along with customer specifications; make adjustments and repairs as necessary.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and reports of products for customer review and on-site witnessing as required.
• Report defective materials, questionable conditions, product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to lead test technician.
• Accurately record information such as labor hours and other statistics into computer database.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations; wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned. May work in other manufacturing departments as needed.

• Must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Two years of electrical technician experience is required
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Must have ability to sit for long periods or time.
• Must have basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products.
• Must have manual dexterity to handle and solder small parts through magnifying glass or microscope.
• Soldering experience is strongly preferred.
