About the Position

License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: - Strong clinical decision-making skills - Ability to provide compassionate patient care - Proficiency in evidence-based practices Description: The Registered Nurse will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. You will deliver safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to create the safest patient environment. Demonstrate strong communication skills while leading efforts to enhance the patient experience across the continuum of care. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, as this unit will manage a high volume of patients. The patient population includes a variety of critical conditions, including trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergencies. The unit is currently undergoing renovations to enhance the facilities and services provided. Team members may support with activities of daily living, vital signs monitoring, and phlebotomy tasks. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including charge nurses and critical care pharmacists, 24/7. Floating may occur to an associated transition care unit based on staffing needs. This role requires the ability to manage multiple patients effectively and response decisively in high-stress scenarios. Adhere to protocols and best practices while working closely with your team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Successful candidates will be adaptable and ready to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations.
