Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Location Saint Charles, Missouri Position Title Clinical Supervisor Therapist Clinical Supervisor Based Responsibilities And Duties Up to 3 hours a week for clinical supervision meetings with pre-licensed staff, when applicable (1 hour per pre licensed staff, up to 3 supervisees) Up to 2 hours a week for clinical notes sign off for pre-licensed staff, when applicable Supervisee point of contact for items such as clinician productivity, unrecorded/unsigned notes/treatment plans/intake paperwork, balance or ledger related questions, training needs, orientation follow up questions, clinical consultation, or treatment plan support. Track hours in partnership with supervisees for full licensure documentation and sign off. Any consistent trends or escalations should be communicated to Clinical Director for added leadership and support where needed. Clinician Therapist Based Responsibilities And Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy For Full-Time status Clinical Supervisor Therapists must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week (schedule 30-32), if supervising no PLPCs, 25 clients if supervising 1 PLPC (Schedule 28-30), 24 clients if supervising 2 PLPCs (Schedule 26-27), and 22 if supervising 3 PLPCs (Schedule 24-25). Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications And Skills Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates are required to have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid state of Missouri License Must be licensed and/or eligible to be a Missouri Board Approved Clinical Supervisor Ability and eligibility to supervise up to three provisionally licensed therapists for licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFTs) Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes Required experience with children, adolescents and teens Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications And Skills Preferred experience with children, individuals, couples or families Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation What We Have To Offer Ellie Mental Health offers competitive salary, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401K with matching component, medical/dental/vision options, and professional development Flexible scheduling Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims Paid continuing education time Pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation What Else You Should Know This position is located in Saint Charles, Missouri This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director Learn more about our amazing company at We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY
