Maintenance Manager

OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of our Property Management team, responsible for overseeing the timely resolution of tenant-submitted maintenance requests across a portion of our 3,000-unit portfolio. This role demands a hands-on approach to properly diagnose issues, leading to efficient outcomes and the satisfaction of both the owner and the tenant. You'll prioritize speed of service, efficient scheduling, and timely communication. Furthermore, this role requires a proactive and preventive maintenance strategy that focuses on the long-term health of the property.
