The Retention Specialist works closely with the producer to manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced, sales-driven office environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, managing high call volumes, and answering phone calls with a professional, relationship-driven approach that fosters trust and connection. Proficiency with advanced technology—including operating across four computer screens simultaneously—is required. This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career with stability.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Insurance producer to manage daily activities
• Contacting clients on behalf of the producer
• Processing renewals
• Retention Specialist
• New business Cross Sell Opportunities
• Operating phone systems and transferring calls
• Going into the carrier websites to obtain applications and documentation need for the agency

Qualifications

• Communication Skills
• Ability to navigate and utilize multiple technology systems. 

Expectations

• Typically a three round interview process
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly 
• Utilization of multiple technology platforms and ability to learn new technology adaptations quickly

Licensure
