Full‑Time Restoration Technician — $23–$27/hr, Overtime & Bonuses Restorerz Emergency Services is hiring full‑time Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on field position helping homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, fire/smoke damage, mold, sewage, and other emergency property damage situations. Pay is $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime and bonus opportunities are available. You do not need to be a restoration expert to apply. Job Responsibilities & Duties Respond to water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage jobs Assist with job site setup, protection, containment, cleanup, and restoration work Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, packing, moving, and related field tasks Set up, monitor, move, clean, and remove restoration equipment Take job site photos and assist with basic documentation Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Follow instructions from Project Managers and branch leadership Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow company procedures, safety standards, and job‑specific instructions Support emergency jobs, overtime, after‑hours work, and occasional weekend work as needed What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable doing physical work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs Availability for overtime, emergency work, and occasional after‑hours/weekend work Preferred Experience Restoration, construction, or demolition Plumbing, maintenance, or general labor Moving, packing, warehouse, or cleaning work Customer service or other field service work IICRC certifications or restoration‑related training #J-18808-Ljbffr RESTORERZ Emergency Services
