River City is currently hiring Crew Members in Montgomery, AL. This is an entry level position, no experience is necessary and all job training will be provided. As a Crew Member you'll be part of our dedicated team ensuring that each customer has an excellent shopping experience and finds the products that best meet their needs. Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Answering customer questions
- Greeting each customer in a friendly manner
- Speaking to customers about products
- Processing sales
- Entering information to process sales
- Informing customers about product prices and availability
- Coordinating with other team members
Crew Member Skills & Qualifications:
- Clear communication skills
- Professionalism
- Respect for customers and coworkers
- Able to maintain precise customer records
- Able to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Desire to help others through excellent customer service
- Sales skills are a plus, but not required
