IT AV EVENTS & SUPPORT TECHNICIAN LEVEL 2 Division: Support Services Department: Information Technology Services Experience: Advanced Job Code: TBD Supervisor/Reports To: Charlie Cable Start Date: 9/02/2026 Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of campus events by assisting with advanced A/V and IT operations. This position is ideal for students with prior experience in event support or A/V technology who are looking to expand their leadership and troubleshooting skills. In addition to set-up and monitoring, Level 2 assistants will help train new student staff, troubleshoot real-time issues, and serve as primary contacts for on-site event tech support when needed.
