Are you passionate about cooking and ready to bring your skills to a dynamic kitchen? Blowing Rock Ale House, nestled in the beautiful town of Blowing Rock, NC, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating delicious dishes, wed love to hear from you!
What You'll Do As a Line Cook at Blowing Rock Ale House, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
To be successful in this role, youll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- AM Weekday availability
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
