You'll work directly alongside Shannon across platform development, grant research and writing, business development, government relations, marketing, project management, client relationships, legal coordination, and more. Some of it you'll know. Most of it you'll figure out. All of it will matter from day one. You won't be managed into a box. You won't be handed busywork. You'll be in the room where it happens. Driven, Curious, Capable We'd love to see experience in grant writing or research, go-to-market strategy, startup environments, vibe coding or low-code automation, and operations. But none of it is a dealbreaker. If you've held a role that required you to context-switch constantly, operate across multiple disciplines, and figure things out on the fly: tell us about it.
