Precision Freight is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our growing team in Itasca, Illinois. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in logistics. No prior logistics experience is required and full training is provided. The Transportation Coordinator supports day-to-day freight operations by monitoring active shipments, updating shipment statuses, communicating with customers, carriers, drivers and warehouses, assisting with pickup and delivery scheduling, and maintaining accurate shipment information in the transportation management system. The role also supports Account Executives and Carrier Sales Coordinators with operational tasks and helps identify and resolve shipment issues quickly. Candidates should have strong communication, organization and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn transportation systems, freight terminology and logistics operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
