# Job Opportunity – Women's Services / Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** August 24, 2026 **Location:** Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 4 weekend shifts per month required; 1:2 patient ratio Highlights:

• 9-bed Labor & Delivery unit plus 3 swing rooms, 2 operating rooms, and 3-bed outpatient department
• 24/7 laborist team model with dedicated midwives, CRNA, and OBGYN on call
• Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech
• Advanced procedures including circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, postpartum hemorrhage management with JADA system, and nitrous oxide
• HCA Unit of Distinction 2021 recipient and TIPQC pilot hospital for NTSV and Team Birth initiatives
• Supportive environment with unit secretary, scrub tech, and comprehensive resources

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• STABLE and spinning babies training preferred but not required
• Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
