TRC Talent Solutions is seeking and Electrician to join our client located in Austell, GA! 

 

 

Job Details
- Location: Austell, GA 

- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire 

- Pay Rate: $20-$28/hr (min) 

- Schedule: 10 hour days (40 hours a week)

Roles and Responsibilities:  
As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for: 
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. 
- Diagnosing electrical issues and implementing effective solutions. 

- Read and interpret electrical schematics shop drawings, and design specifications. 
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. 
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. 
- Conducting routine inspections and testing of electrical systems. 
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication with clients. 

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in electrical work.

Desired Skills:
We seek individuals who possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should demonstrate: 
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. 
- A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work. 
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently.
