IT Support Analyst

IT Support AnalystIT Support Analyst responsibilities include providing Help Desk support. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesProvide Help Desk for end-user and PC issues and requestsParticipates in technology projects and implementationComplete tasks such as hardware inventory, shipping, testing, etc.Works independently or as a team member on new applications, processes, or projectsProvide the best possible support for customers to reduce end user downtimeRespond to escalated end-user issuesAll other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology preferred.
