Senior Unified Communications - Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise unified communications and collaboration platforms Identify opportunities to improve resiliency, performance, and user experience Provide senior-level support for mission-critical communication services Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation planning Define and enforce platform architecture and technical standards Manage change control processes and provide post-deployment support Evaluate vendor platforms and recommend technology solutions Develop and maintain operational documentation Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical escalation point Support ongoing system administration and participate in cross-functional initiatives Requirements Minimum of 5 years of related experience in platform engineering Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong experience in unified communications, collaboration engineering, or related enterprise infrastructure roles Hands‑on experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Workspace, or similar UC technologies Strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoints, identity, networking, security, and cloud services Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals Experience leading complex implementations and service improvements Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
