Since 1913, the Grande Colonial has been dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience through genuine and friendly service. Our mission is to "Make History Every Day" by fostering authentic, personal connections with every guest.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves a varied schedule and offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our guests. This is a part time position with some employee benefits, including employee discounts, sick leave pay, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Assist in various tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the establishment
