General Dentist | Long Island East, Deer Park Location: New York, Long Island East, Deer Park Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800-$1000 Patient Mix: PPO/FFS Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses Develop and present treatment plans Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care Educate patients on treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care Clinical Opportunities Implant Restorations Implant Placement Invisalign Treatment Cosmetic Dentistry Crown & Bridge Removable Prosthetics Endodontics Oral Surgery Full Mouth Rehabilitation Comprehensive Treatment Planning DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Dental License in Long Island / New York DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Invisalign Certification Implant Restoration Experience Preferred Invisalign Certification Implant Restoration Experience Implant Placement Experience Cosmetic dentistry experience Endodontic experience Oral surgery experience Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education Support Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
