You are a hands-on helper at the Dynax who keeps production running smoothly by moving parts, aiding machine operators, checking quality, and keeping the shop floor clean

Bottom line: You don't need to run the complex machinery yourself yet—your job is to handle the prep work, and basic checks so the main operators can keep working quickly.

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour

Responsibilities

You are a hands-on helper at the Dynax factory who keeps production running smoothly by moving parts, aiding machine operators, checking quality, and keeping the shop floor clean.

• Loading & Unloading: Move raw materials to the machines and take finished parts where they need to go.

• Helping Operators: Put parts into machines, help assemble pieces, and hand tools to the main machine operators.

• Checking Parts: Inspect finished items for scratches or flaws, sorting out bad parts so only good products get shipped.

• Cleaning Up: Sweep, wipe down tools, and clear out junk to keep the work area safe.

Bottom line: You don't need to run the complex machinery yourself yet—your job is to handle the prep work, and basic checks so the main operators can keep working quickly.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
