Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare clear, professional communications and business materials.
• Assist with internal and external communication initiatives.
• Coordinate information between departments, clients, and business partners.
• Draft correspondence, presentations, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging and professional communication standards.
• Support planning and coordination of communication-related projects.
• Review written materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and tone.
• Maintain organized communication records and project documentation.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and assist with resolving communication needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and overall efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
