Job Summary
Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) Austin, Texas
The organization is seeking an RN for a 13-week contract to support the postpartum unit. This role works nights and includes a 3:1 to 4:1 patient ratio, with occasional 2:1 assignment depending on acuity. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights (7:00P7:00A); 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior Labor and Delivery (L/D) or antepartum experience.
• Additional Information: No call requirements. Weekends are rotating. The unit uses Meditech as the electronic medical record system.
• Responsibilities: Provide postpartum nursing care in accordance with unit policies and clinical standards; support patient monitoring and treatment planning for antepartum/postpartum populations.
