This role is ideal for an organized and personable individual who enjoys helping customers and developing professional communication skills. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. * Follow up on customer requests and open inquiries. * Support customer engagement and retention initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to address customer needs. * Prepare basic reports and maintain organized service records. * Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Basic computer proficiency. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
