Description

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 1 year of SNF experience for a part-time travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Spartanburg, SC.

Details

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, structured as two 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week
• Day shift hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling
• Daily patient load of 5 to 9 patients
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of SLP experience, with 2+ years preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Valid and unrestricted SLP license — pending license accepted, but must be obtained prior to start
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration — RTO requests made after submission will not be honored
• Attendance policy is in effect: missing more than two shifts during the contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
• A Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test is administered on the first day of orientation and must be passed — only one attempt is allowed
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
