AI Program ManagerLocation: 4500 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111 (onsite 2-3 days per week)Duration: 1 year contract with extensionsRate: 70-$/hr. is ideal (LOCAL TO AREA AS THIS IS 3 DAYS ONSITE)Interview Process: confirming process - looking to start interviews asapStart: ASAP - onboarding takes 2-3 weeks after offer is acceptedMake sure to have the rtr as there is competition on thisRole Overview: This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/advanced analytics initiatives using agile methodologiesPartner with cross-functional teams (IT, data, business) to define scope, roadmap, and value realizationEstablish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and executive reportingDrive adoption and change managementTranslate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environmentHighly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguityStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-makingExperience working across both technical and business teamsPlease prioritize candidates who are local to Kansas City and are willing to be onsite a minimum of three days a week
