Job Description
A client of insight global is looking for maintenance technicians to support their hospital facility in Salisbury, NC. Day to day responsibilities will include general maintenance and repairs for the following systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, exterior finishes, elevators, nurse call, Pneumatic tubes, and anything within the hospital wall that is non-clinical. These technicians usually see 3-5 work orders per day along with preventative maintenance tickets. If something cannot be fixed by these technicians, it will be escalated to a 3rd party vendor. This technician will also conduct biweekly, quarterly, semiannually, and annual preventative maintenance including inspections and testing on specific equipment.
