About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Shared Services to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a range of critical functions, including payroll, billing, accounts payable, procurement, and travel and expense. This role involves leading the charge in ERP transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. The Head of Shared Services will also be tasked with collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align shared services with enterprise priorities, championing automation and digital transformation, and leading integration efforts during acquisitions and expansions. Applicants for the Head of Shared Services position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in shared services leadership roles. A strong background in ERP systems, process optimization, and financial system integration is essential, as is a proven track record in driving workforce transformation initiatives and implementing cost-saving strategies. The role requires proficiency in establishing KPIs and performance dashboards, as well as the ability to work remotely and manage teams across multiple locations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the various shared services functions and a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
