This opportunity lets you inspect products, verify quality standards, and help ensure every finished product meets customer expectations before it leaves the facility.Job DutiesDevelop and execute quality strategies across multiple sites aligned with business goalsLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiencyMonitor and report key quality metrics and performance indicatorsServe as the primary contact for customer, supplier, and regulatory quality mattersManage calibration systems, quality documentation, audits, and corrective/preventive actionsOversee supplier quality programs and ensure compliance with product specifications and standardsPerform product evaluations, metallurgical testing, and quality analysis using established proceduresInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the product lifecycleSupport new product development, validation activities, and process improvement initiativesMentor and train quality personnel while driving data-based solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfactionEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field requiredExperience RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, continuous improvement, or manufacturing operationsStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes and production environmentsExperience using measurement equipment, testing devices, and quality inspection toolsKnowledge of statistical process control (SPC), process capability (Cp/Cpk), standard deviation, and quality analysis methodsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completionPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility and willingness to travel approximately 25%, including domestic plant and supplier visits and occasional international travel to China to support global quality initiativesBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
