Compensation: $1967 - $2370 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care through professional and clinical knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Float within the same specialty across local facilities as required.
• Commit to working every other weekend.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system is essential.
• Current state nursing license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and requires flexibility to float between local campuses within the same discipline.
