Requisition ID 83365 The Sr Auditor role The Sr Auditor role will report to Dentsply Sirona’s America’s Audit Leader. As part of a global audit team, responsibilities include leading and performing individual audit programs and projects for the Company’s global activities. The role requires a critical thinker to provide independent and objective assurance and advisory services focused on improving organizational effectiveness, governance, risk, and control processes, including internal controls over financial reporting (SOX). The candidate must quickly build a broad knowledge of the Company’s business operations and strategies, as well as external issues impacting corporate and the business units. The team is evolving, continuously developing audit and business partnering opportunities that influence company operations in a transformative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in high-impact finance and operational audits to drive strategic transformation of the business Collaborate across functions and with external resources to foster continuous improvement and operational efficiencies Utilize data to spot trends and identify risk-based opportunities for testing Present summarized observations in a business-minded audit report to senior leaders Assess business risks and enhance the standard control framework through evaluation of the global SOX Program Partner with external auditors to drive increased reliance on internal assessments Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration CPA or CIA certification preferred 4+ years of professional experience in related functions Experience with Big 4 audit or large multinational public company audit/risk/compliance AuditBoard (Optro) experience preferred SAP experience preferred Experience with AI tools to expedite deliverables and insights Comfort utilizing data analytics principles in audit efforts Experience planning and executing audits and projects (project management) Demonstrates inquisitive mindset and applies critical thinking in each assignment Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments with time-sensitive and critical deadlines Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems with limited guidance or supervision Must be located in the Charlotte, NC area or surrounding areas Must be comfortable commuting and working in a hybrid arrangement Other Requirements Technology-savvy and fully embrace IT advances that define a high performing audit team Inquisitive mind, strong work ethic, unquestionable integrity; excellent oral and written communication; ability to present clearly and compellingly to senior leadership Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% Equal Opportunity Employer Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
