We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Ionia area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward key achievements during your first year! The bonus opportunities extend well beyond your first year. Low end of the range is the average annual compensation earned based on a fully productive caseload.
