Location - Burbank, IL (onsite at client location) and Branch Office

Shift - 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Saturdays expected based on client needs)

Type - Full time, entry level. Immediate start with training beginning right away

Compensation - $18 to $21/hour based on experience | Weekly Pay

Reports To - Branch Manager

Language - Bilingual English/Spanish required

You will recruit candidates, help run a busy client site, and learn the staffing business from the inside, all while getting paid weekly. No experience required. If you are a college student or just starting out, this is the kind of job that fills a resume with things employers actually care about. As a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Burbank, you split your time between recruiting new talent and supporting the operation onsite, so you see both sides of the business from day one. Your core schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays expected when client needs pick up. We need you in the building now. Training starts immediately, so if you are ready to go, so are we.

What You Will Do

•Recruit for the site: post jobs, review resumes, call candidates, and run in-person and phone interviews with support from your branch team

•Help run the day-to-day onsite operation and be a friendly, visible point of contact for associates and the client

•Own onboarding tasks, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keep every file complete and compliant

•Help with first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed

•Support payroll by reviewing hours and helping process timecards accurately and on time

•Check in with associates and the client throughout the week to keep things running smoothly and flag issues early

•Represent Midway at job fairs and community events to keep candidates coming in the door

What This Job Is Actually Like

This is a split role, and that is what makes it fun. Part of your day is recruiting: working the phones, interviewing candidates in English and Spanish, and filling seats for the client. The other part is on the floor, checking associates in, answering questions, and helping wherever the operation needs you. No two days look exactly alike, and people who do well here like that variety. You will be talking to people constantly, and a lot of them are nervous or brand new. The teammates our associates trust are the ones who are warm, patient, and follow through on what they say. If friends would describe you as organized, dependable, and easy to talk to, you already have the hardest parts of this job covered. You do not need staffing experience. We will train you on the systems, the process, and the industry. What we cannot train is showing up on time, taking ownership, and caring about people. Bring those and we will teach you the rest.

What You Need To Bring

•Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. You will use both languages every single day.

•Entry level, and we mean it. No staffing experience required, and college students are welcome. If you are building your resume, this is real recruiting and operations experience.

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Comfortable learning new software (we will train you on our systems)

•Able to start immediately and be available for training right away

•Available for Saturday shifts when client needs call for it
