Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Douglas, GA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate prices and complete sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per month, paid semi-monthly.
