Clinical duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management for adults requiring community-based mental health services with 40 hours per week coverage and no call requirements. The clinician must maintain experience with community treatment programs and demonstrate competency in field-based psychiatric care delivery. Documentation responsibilities include maintaining detailed patient records through EMR systems while ensuring compliance with community mental health protocols and treatment standards.
